All sales for conference registrations and training classes are final.
We do not offer refunds or rescheduling once registration is complete.
You are responsible for selecting your correct HOT drill class; changes cannot be made after purchase.
By registering, you acknowledge the physical nature of hands-on training and agree to participate at your own risk.

3. Merchandise Orders

If we ship an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product), we will correct it at no cost once the incorrect item is returned.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
All merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

This refund policy applies only to physical items purchased through our website and does not include conference registration or training classes.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If we made an error with your order — such as sending the wrong size, color, or product — we will gladly correct it. To receive the correct item:

The incorrect item must be returned to us in unused condition.
Once received, we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Due to Supply Issues

In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase and we are unable to fulfill the order:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method for the amount charged.
